The Natural Resources Governance Project (PGRN) aims to improve access to and the quality of basic services provided to the population by local authorities. Eleven communes are included in the project's intervention zone, spread over the prefectures of Lobaye, Mambéré and Mambéré-Kadéï.

TEREA, in collaboration with FRMi and the coordination of the PGRN, accompanies the project in training and technical assistance to local NGOs in charge of the preparation of Local Development Plans. The support includes the establishment of a methodology for the creation of consultation spaces and development committees, the implementation and animation of these spaces, the accompaniment in the production of Local Development Plans and the reinforcement of the capacities of the communes in planning, prioritization, implementation and follow-up of the actions and the mobilization of taxes.
